- Your partyTell us passengers and bags. Rido matches the vehicle to your party and luggage.
- Confirm & paySee your total with tax. Pay Online and save $5 — nothing is charged when you book — or pay in the vehicle.

If your driver is early, the time before your pickup time isn't waiting and is free. If your driver arrives after it, waiting starts when they arrive. Essential includes 5 minutes; Comfort and Extra Care include 10.
