When you book.

- Choose your pickup timeAllow time for baggage and customs. This becomes your confirmed pickup time.
- Tell us where you're goingThe airport is set as your pickup. Enter your destination address.
- Pick your serviceWith Extra Care, your driver meets you inside, in the public arrivals area.
If your flight changes.
- Delayed
- Your pickup moves later at no charge. It isn't treated as a change or cancellation.
- Early
- Your pickup doesn't move earlier on its own. Contact us and we'll confirm an earlier time if we can.
- Delayed more than 6 hours
- Or into the next day: we re-confirm your ride at the same fare. If we can't make it, choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
- Cancelled
- Choose a free reschedule or a full refund. You don't need your new travel date first.
Finding your driver.
Where to meetEssential and Comfort: upstairs on the Departures level, near U.S. Departures.Your booking page shows where to meet and when your driver has arrived. Tap “I'm here” there when you're ready.
Know who's comingYour driver's details, vehicle and plate arrive with a live tracking link once your driver is on the way, then an arrival message.
With Extra CareYour driver parks, meets you in the public arrivals area after baggage claim and customs, and helps with your luggage to the car and to your door. The first 30 minutes are included.
Included waiting: 5 minutes with Essential, 10 with Comfort and Extra Care, then $1 per full minute. It starts at your pickup time, or when your driver arrives if that's later; if your driver is early, the time before your pickup time isn't waiting.
